Stu Goldstein
VIce President of Sales
After attending the University of Miami , Stu migrated to Southern California , where he graduated from the Pasadena Playhouse of Theatre Arts.
After a few years in “show biz”, he returned home to South Florida , and spent 15 years in the Real Estate/Construction industry, and six years in the wholesale flower and Orchid business.
Feeling a need to return to his creative roots, Stu grabbed an opportunity to host his own radio show in the local market. A self proclaimed “oldies freak”, Stu hosted a 50’s talk and music show from 1984 to 1999 on several South Florida stations, including W I O D, W K A T and W A X Y 790. He is also co-author of the book, “Oldies But Goodies, The Rock & Roll Years”.
While Stu was still on the radio, opportunity knocked again, and he became co-owner of a video production company, which, in turn, led to the acquisition of a large duplication facility, providing video, cd and dvd duplication and replication.
After a few years of running his own company, the urge to downsize brought Stu to The Dub House. He brings his experience as an owner and his commitment to the best customer service possible to The Dub House Team.
In his spare time, Stu still loves listening to his “oldies”, and tending to his orchids.
Stu is married to Jill, has two daughters, a step daughter and six grandchildren.
Sue Tracy
Project Manager
Sue was born and raised in Syracuse, N.Y. She traveled around the U.S. and settled in South Florida after meeting her husband Jim in 1984. She attended college for computer programming, but found that her passion was in graphics. As she raised 4 kids, she taught herself how to build websites and learned a number of graphic design programs. She worked at home building websites for small companies along with some photography work. Sue was then hired at a construction firm where she was promoted to the advertising & marketing dept. She excelled with her graphics, building more than 5 websites for the company and designing a 100 page safety product catalog, brochures, flyers and logos.
Sue enjoys 70’s classic rock, country music, her three dogs, barbequing in the backyard with family and friends and living in South Florida.
But most of all, she enjoys spending time with her three beautiful Grandsons; Mikey, Corey and Tyler.
Kathi DeVito
Director of Sales
Originally from New Jersey, Kathi has been a resident of Florida since 1997. She joins The DubHouse with more than 15 years of relationship building experience in various industries, including medical, automotive and non-profit, where she has developed strong customer service and account management skills.
After graduating from The College of New Jersey, where she double-majored in Elementary Education and Psychology, Kathi moved to South Florida to pursue a career in teaching. As fate would have it, teaching was not in her future. Instead, Kathi became a Customer Service Representative, and later the Customer Service Manager for a local medical manufacturer; and so her career in client relations began. Later, she continued her customer-focused career at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. where she worked for eight years. During her tenure there, Kathi received many accolades and was promoted on numerous occasions and became their Community Relations Manager which further sharpened her client relationship ability. Kathi left JM Family Enterprises, Inc. to start a family, but her love of making a difference in the community later directed her back to work in the non-profit world, working as a Campaign Manager at the United Way of Broward County.
Through the years, Kathi has served as a board member for the Association for Women in Communications and Venice Isle Tower Association and is active with non-profits throughout Broward County. She also holds a FL Real Estate Sales Associate license.
Kathi lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, Patrick and their twins, Jake and Samantha. In her spare time she enjoys her family and friends, loves to travel and tries to give back to the community when she has the opportunity.
