Our South florida facility replicates DVD orders from 1000 to 500,000 units utilizing 2 Singulus replication lines. We then offset a beautiful 5-color process imprint upon the discs (cmyk over white flood). Automated packaging lines for amaray cases and cardboard sleeves provide quicker turnaround times and lower assembly costs. If you opt to replicate in Asia with us, we can use our California plant to assemble the discs in printed or standard packaging which saves a tremendous amount of money on shipping from the Orient.
