Our Los Angeles DVD replication facility was engineered to stamp “replicate” DVD projects. Our LA replication plant will create a glass master from your DLT, DVD-R Authoring or DVD-R master. From this glass master we will stamp out DVDs from our Singulus replication lines. We can process DVD replication quantities as low as 200 units per title and as high as 500,000.After replication, the discs are then silkscreened upon using a cmyk process. We also offer offset quality imprinting for a nominal upcharge. Offset quality prints at 150 line screen compared to 100 line screen for silkscreen.
