Darlene grew up in New Port Richey (West Coast of Florida) before moving to Ft. Lauderdale in 1985. Darlene’s first sales position was for the largest food distributor in the United States, Sysco Food Services. For 10 years, Darlene coordinated the sales for the cruise line industry as well exports to South & Central America. Following her career at Sysco, Darlene then worked for a number of large Food Service Brokers, handling such accounts as Tyson, Nestle and Kellogg’s.

Tired of food products, Darlene moved to the exciting world of interactive media. She worked one year for Green Solutions, starting in operations and eventually moving over to her true calling, sales.

Darlene has a passion for Darts. She is currently the #2 ranked woman in all of Broward County. She also enjoys camping, fishing, reality crime TV & music. Darlene is also perfectly fluent in Spanish, assisting all our Miami, Puerto Rico and other clients who prefer to work in Spanish.

Adam Blumenthal

Adam graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in fine art. He returned home to Ft. Lauderdale and cut his teeth in the film and video industry working for producer Gary Civins. While at Civins Productions, Adam and Mike Pardo met through a client/vendor relationship and quickly became friends. In 1994, after a six-month adventure in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Adam was back in Florida, this time working alongside Mike at Magnetech. He spent the next eight months as a customer service representative, before departing to utilize his design skills at the Instructional Television Center (ITV) for the Broward County School System. Seven years later, that west coast “magic” had Adam living in southern Oregon, running his own graphic design firm, the graphicSpot (and slinging coffee and wrenching bicycles, for good measure).

He is now residing in Asheville, NC (where he will hopefully settle down!) and is very excited to join The DubHouse.

Adam has a passion (some say addiction) for cycling, whether it be on the road, trail or velodrome. He also loves music and theater, and catches a live performance whenever he can.

Suzanne Sousa
Director of Sales Development

Suzanne graduated from Barry University with a BA in Communication Arts. After graduation she traveled to Los Angeles to work in film production working for 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers and Paramount Studios for five years.

Suzanne returned to South Florida and changed careers; she accepted a position as Account Manager at a local replication company, MagneTech Corporation, where she met Mike Pardo. After four years with MagneTech she moved into the post production world as Operations/General Manager for Broadcast Video and Nitelite Studios. After several years spent in post she was hired on another media replication company where she served as Vice President of Operations for five years. Suzanne felt that she was ready for new and exciting career opportunities. Enter The DubHouse and her new venture into sales development.

In her spare time Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending the theatre and concerts whenever possible, going to the movies and taking her dog, Bailey, to Dog Beach in Fort Lauderdale. She is also very interested in animal rights and is a member of PETA and the Broward County Animal Shelter. Suzanne is also a member of The Association for Women in Communications.

Debra Rondinella
Operations Manager

Debra has a dynamic background with 15 years experience in the Production and Multimedia Field. Debra a born and raised New Yorker started in the Biz with one of the top Post Production facilities in N.Y. owned by Lauren Michaels, called Broadway Video. She then worked her way up the corporate ladder into management.

After 6 years with the help of her former colleagues/mentors Debra accepted a position as Operations Manager at Post Perfect N.Y. In 1996 she was offered an opportunity to work at the largest post house in South Florida called Broadcast Video Productions. After spending 6 years on the post side Debra entered the world of interactive media solutions with BVI's sister company, Visual Fire.

After her years of post production and interactive media experience, Debra then worked as a freelance producer for several South Florida production companies. She then went to work as a Program Manager, working on 3 nationally syndicated television series.

Debra is an active member with the Palm Beach and Broward County Film and Television commissions, Humane Society and Women Make Movies. She enjoys snowboarding and spending as much free time either at the beach or home with the family, friends and dogs.
